Tomorrow will be our actual Speech Day performance, there are few things to note,
Be in music room tomorrow afternoon by 3.15pm.

Please Remember to bring along your full Concert Attire, you may wear the bottom half of your attire to school.

Just a Simple check list to guide you, especially sec 1s,
Full concert Attire consist of:
- Black Tie
- Maroon Shirt
- Blazer
- Belt
- Concert Pants
- Black Long Socks
- Concert Shoes

Do bring along your wax, Hairspray etc..

Let’s make this performance a good one as it’s the sec 4s and 5s last performance!

There will be a Vocal practice tomorrow(15/4) to rehearse for speech day this coming Saturday (17/4).  Tomorrow will be our last practice till further notice is given. Please be in the music room at 3.15, practice is for whole vocal, sec 1 to sec 5.

It will be the Sec 4s last practice in Vocal Ensemble, let’s make it a fruitful & Enjoyable practice!

Here are the dates for Rehearsals and practices this week before concert on Saturday. These practices are crucial please take it seriously.

Monday, 5th April
Practice for Sec 2 to sec 5 at 3.30pm – 6pm

Tuesday, 6th April
Concert Rehearsal at The Arts House at 3.15 – 7pm (Everyone from sec 1 to sec 5)
- Bring Concert Shoes
- Parent’s Letter (optional)

Thursday, 8th April
Practice for all levels, 1.30pm – 6pm (sec 1 – 5)

Friday, 9th April
Practice for all levels, 2.00pm – 6pm (Sec 1 – 5)

SATURDAY 10th APRIL,
CONCERT DAY

The Band concert has finally arrived and It will be good if we double check our attire and make sure we have everything needed brought tomorrow.

Here’s the check list:

Attire

- Maroon Shirt
- Concert Blazer
- Black Tie
- Black Belt
- Concert Pants
- Black Shoes and Socks (long enough to cover)

Things to Bring

- Music Sheets (All That Hath Life, Caturog na, Ubi Caritas, Yagi Bushi and Heal the World Lyrics)
- Things to style hair

Reporting time tomorrow morning is 7.30am in the Music room. Please come in your Collared Vocal Tee and Bottom half concert attire.
*Bring along parents letter as well, if you’re leaving from VCH.

For this week’s vocal practices, all sec 2 to sec 5 members are required to memorize “All that hath life and breathe” by Friday’s practice.

Practice for this week as usual:

Tuesday:
Senior Choir , 3.30pm
– Learnt full score of “Ubi Caritus”
Thursday:
Combined (Junior + Senior) Group, 3.30pm
Friday:
Senior Choir, 2.30pm
– Senior Choir to have memorized “All that hath life and breathe”
-*Combined practice with the Band and Guitar for “Heal the World” and “Power of Josh Groban”

March Camp Dates: *18, 19, 20

*18 March will be a “Day Camp”  (Non Overnight) for vocal practice

19 & 20 is the 2 days 1 night camp activities and vocal practices. EVERYONE is expected to come for the camp, be prepared for intense practices as this is a crucial period as concerts is coming up. (camp fees to be paid ASAP after instructions are given)
